Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rallykeep (the "Service"), provided by Vorapure UK Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17138078.

By creating an account or using Rallykeep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Rallykeep is an application for recording racket-sport matches (such as padel, tennis, and pickleball), calculating player rankings, and organising groups and tournaments. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Rallykeep.
• You must notify us promptly at hello@vorapure.co.uk if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Acceptable use

When using Rallykeep, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, groups, or our systems.
• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringing, or harmful to others.
• Misuse other players' personal information obtained through shared groups.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Groups and shared content

Rallykeep lets you create and join groups. When you participate in a group:

• Your name and match data are visible to other members of that group.
• Match and ranking data may form part of a group's shared history and may remain visible to the group even if you leave.
• Group administrators have additional controls, such as managing players and group settings.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for behaving respectfully toward other group members.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Rallykeep (such as group names and match records). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service for you and the members of your groups.

6. Premium features and payments

Rallykeep may offer optional paid (premium) features.

• Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's terms.
• Subscription pricing, billing periods, and what each plan includes will be shown clearly before you purchase.
• Unless stated otherwise or required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable consumer law are unaffected.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Rallykeep available and reliable, but we provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Termination

You may stop using Rallykeep and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Continued use of Rallykeep after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
